Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Attorney advertising and no attorney-client relationship
This website is attorney advertising under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. It is published by Rivera Family Law, a family law firm in El Paso, Texas.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and reading it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Sending us an email, submitting a form or leaving a voicemail does not create that relationship either. An attorney-client relationship is created only when we have completed a conflicts check and both you and the firm have signed a written engagement agreement.
Until that agreement is signed, please do not send us confidential information, documents or recordings. Information sent before an engagement is in place may not be treated as confidential and may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege.

Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Case results described on this site are sample illustrations written for a demonstration website. They do not describe actual matters handled by any attorney.
Every fee, rate, court cost, statutory cap and timeline figure on this site is marked as a sample and is provided to illustrate how the arithmetic works. Court costs are set by the district clerk and change. Statutory amounts are amended by the Texas Legislature and adjusted for inflation by the Office of the Attorney General. Confirm any figure before relying on it.
Jurisdiction and licensing
The attorneys of Rivera Family Law are licensed to practise law in the State of Texas. We do not practise in other states, and nothing on this site is an offer to provide legal services in a jurisdiction where we are not licensed.
Attorney names, bar numbers, admission dates, education and recognitions shown on this site are sample credentials created for a demonstration website and must be verified before publication.
Emergency situations
This website is not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report an emergency. If you or a child are in immediate danger, call 911. If you need emergency legal relief, telephone the firm rather than using any form on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX.
